Innovista Group works with clients to understand their tight timelines and installation restrictions. Whether it is accessing rooftops after hours or boatline access restrictions to remote islands, Innovista Group carefully plans to ensure area downtimes are minimal while maintaining strict quality control.
The installation component of all surfacing is one of the most critical factors to ensuring quality surfaces. Proper base preparation, environmental controls, and trained installation teams are critical. At Innovista Group we follow strict material testing and installation protocols to ensure system performance.
Professional installers can install:
• Poured-in-place (PIP) rubber surfacing
• Bonded rubber mulch
• Synthetic turf systems
• Engineered wood fiber (EWF)
• Hybrid safety surfacing systems
• Splash pad and recreational rubber systems
Each surface requires specific sub-base preparation, compaction standards, and safety testing.
Innovista Group (www.innovistagroup.com)installs engineered surfacing systems designed for durability, compliance, and long-term performance in high-traffic environments.
Innovista Group offers different options for color stability depending on what the clients needs and vision is.
For a standard aromatic binder and color, it is typical for colored surfaces to change color throughout the surface during its curing process. Six weeks after installation the surface would have reached curing and UV balance with the color normalizing close to original color.
UV stability is carefully assessed in all Innovista Group’s product selections, and our consultants will advise on colors that require different manufacturing processes prior to installation.
Depending on the ambient temperature and humidity index, Innovista Group's surfaces typically take 72 hours to cure to a firmness for walking on. Playground surface impact layers can receive wear layer installation within 12 hours of installation under the supervision of our quality assurance team and with our installers experience and understanding of curing processes.
